Gulfport Behavioral Health System maintains a constant focus on ensuring that each individual in our care receives top-quality evidence-based mental and behavioral health therapy that allows them to return to their daily lives able to walk a better path of mental wellness. To maintain a pulse on our quality and patient experience, each individual as they complete their therapy, is given a patient satisfaction survey; with more than 75% returning them. For each rolling twelve-month period, over the past several years, those treated by Gulfport Behavioral Health System rated their experience as a

 

4.4+ on a 5 star scale.

Placing Gulfport Behavioral at the pinnacle for patient satisfaction among mental and behavioral health facilities within our region and state.

Each returned patient satisfaction survey and comments are reviewed to the highest management levels and based on the surveys, action plans are put in place to continually improve the types of programs offered, therapy processes and presentations, facility amenities, staff presentation, and the overall quality of Gulfport Behavioral’s operation.
